Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from ReRide Co. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. The store

This site is operated by ReRide Co. ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout these terms, "you" means the visitor or customer using the site or placing an order.

2. Using this site

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

3. What we sell

We sell hand-finished, 3D-printed scale display models of electric bikes. They are display models, not toys, and are not intended for children. They are not functional vehicles, contain small and fragile parts, and should be handled by the frame. Where a model has working suspension, it is a display feature and is not engineered to carry load.

Because every model is cleaned up and assembled by hand, small variations between individual pieces are normal and are not defects. Color comes from the filament the part is printed in; the color shown on screen may differ from the finished item depending on your display.

Our models are independently made. Any bike names used on this site are used only to describe the real-world vehicle a model is based on, and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or license from the manufacturers of those vehicles.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Products ordered through the 3D builder are made to the configuration you selected at checkout. Please check your build before paying.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Dispatch and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Changes, cancellations and returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, and this includes custom builds configured in the 3D builder.

Changing a build is different from returning one. Because custom builds are made to your specification, we may not be able to alter or cancel an order once production has begun. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you whether it is still possible. This does not affect your right to return the item under the Refund Policy, or any statutory rights you have in relation to faulty goods.

7. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free, complete or up to date. Material on this site is provided for general information only.

8. Third-party services

This store runs on Shopify, and payment processing, checkout and certain other services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReRide Co. from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
